If shipping is unavailable for your location, you will be notified during checkout or before order processing.

We proudly offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders.

No minimum purchase amount is required.


3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed.

Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


4. Shipping Method

Orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners in China via international air freight.

After arrival in the destination country, packages are transferred to local delivery carriers for final delivery.

Shipping carriers may vary depending on the destination and logistics availability.

Zhou Tang Backpack is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, resulting in a failed delivery, delay, or returned package, additional shipping charges may apply.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.


9. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Zhou Tang Backpack is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers are encouraged to ensure that deliveries can be safely received at the shipping address provided.

If a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the issue with the carrier.


10. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation email.


11. Returns and Return Shipping

Returns are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Unless a return is caused by our error (such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
